Who can apply for Uptown Sebastian trade access?

Uptown Sebastian trade access is open to interior designers, architects, stagers, builders, developers, purchasing agents, and hospitality buyers specifying furniture for a client or property. There is no minimum order and no project threshold, so a single accent chair qualifies for the same 25% as a full project. Approval takes one business day and needs two of: a business or professional license, a W9 or EIN, and a resale or tax-exemption certificate.Read the trade-program details.

How quickly is a trade application reviewed?

Applications are approved within one business day. You are then issued a trade discount code that belongs to your firm alone and you enter it at checkout -- there are no customer accounts and no login. The program is trade pricing on every product, it applies to sale prices, and there is no minimum order and no project threshold.

Are swatches available for trade projects?

Swatches are free on the trade program. Include the model, material grade and colors where relevant, project timing, and delivery address so the request can be reviewed usefully. Review physical materials in the actual space and record the client approval before a made-to-order item is released.Request samples.

Can I use my own leather or fabric on custom upholstery?

Customer-supplied leather or fabric can be used on upholstery after review. Do not purchase or ship material before the selected product, material suitability, quantity, timing, and warranty boundary have been discussed. What custom upholstery details can vary by model?

Depending on the selected model, available choices can include layout, arm, leg, seat depth, back treatment, cushion, stitching, leather/fabric, ottoman top treatment, storage, or size. What warranty applies to custom upholstery?

For the standard custom leather upholstery line, the manufacturer-backed warranty summary is lifetime coverage for frames and springs, five years for cushion cores, and a one-year limited warranty for leather upholstery surfaces and stitching against defects in materials and workmanship. Does every outdoor item have a commercial warranty?

No. Warranty scope is vendor-, product-, component-, and use-setting-specific. Telescope Contract coverage follows item-specific catalog markers. Castelle publishes separate commercial terms. How do Telescope Contract warranty markers work?

On the selected item, 15/5 means 15 years residential and 5 years contract; 15/3 means 15/3; and 15/1 means 15/1. A product with no notation carries one year residentially and no frame warranty in contract use. Steel, stainless and cast iron are not covered at all. What are Castelle’s commercial warranty terms?

Castelle’s published Commercial Warranty lists 5 years for extruded/cast aluminum frame, 5 years for frame finish, and 1 year for fabric, cushion, sling, and umbrella. These are component terms and should be verified for the selected product/use setting.Read the Castelle guide.

Can Lloyd Flanders be used on a hospitality project?

Lloyd Flanders has hospitality resources and names all-weather material/fabric/finish choices for those settings. Its public warranty, however, applies only to residential use. How should a project be planned around a delivery date?

Work backward from the true required date through delivery appointment, freight transit, dispatch, current production estimate, and final product/material approvals. How should furniture be cleaned and maintained after delivery?
