- Yes -- Lloyd Loom wicker is hand-crafted in Michigan and is the only all-weather wicker still made in the USA.
- Can it be used outdoors year round?
- The aluminum frame and all-weather wicker are engineered for full-time outdoor exposure; cushions should be stored or covered during heavy weather.
- How firm are the cushions?
- Seat cushions have a foam core for structure wrapped in polyester fill for plush comfort; backs are 100% blown polyfill for a softer sink.
- Will it fit through my door?
- The sofa is 90 inches wide and ships fully assembled, so measure your doorway and delivery path before ordering.
- Can I return a custom piece?
- Returnability follows the option you ordered, not how the piece was built. A size, finish or configuration shown as an option on this page can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee -- whatever its build time. A specially requested size, or a piece made in your own material, is custom and is not returnable except on damage. Trade accounts have the restocking fee waived.
- How do I clean all-weather wicker?
- Warm water and mild detergent are all you need; the wicker won't absorb moisture, and teak requires no staining or sealing.
