How Is This Patio Set Actually Built?

It's welded from corrosion-resistant aluminum frames and woven with proprietary vinyl wicker that won't absorb water or rot. The wicker is finished with Durium modified polyester enamel, and the teak table is left to weather naturally in an antique gray finish. Every piece is crafted in Menominee, Michigan, and ships fully assembled -- no awkward corner-cutting or wobbly joints.

What Can You Choose on This Set?

Pick from 20 rust-resistant wicker finishes and multiple fade-resistant, mildew-resistant, water-repellent cushion fabrics. You're ordering the exact look that fits your patio, built to your specification rather than settling for what's warehoused.

How Long Does It Take to Build?

This set is made to order and takes 6-8 weeks to build and deliver. You're getting furniture woven by hand in the USA, not pulled from a stack, so the timeline reflects real craft. Once it arrives, there's no assembly required -- it's ready the day it's delivered.

How Do You Arrange It for Conversation?

Position the two loveseats in an L-shape or facing configuration, drop the corner and armless chairs to fill the angle, and center the ottoman for shared footrest space. The teak end table sits within arm's reach for drinks.
