Each piece is built by one or two craftsmen start to finish, not passed down an assembly line.
How Is This Sofa Actually Built?
Each frame is solid hardwood, every joint double-doweled, glued, and screwed. The seat platform uses true 8-way hand-tied coils -- individual springs tied in eight directions so the entire set works in unison -- topped with individually pocketed Marshall coils, wrapped in fiber and filled with down. Back cushions are hollow polyester fiber, and every cushion is muslin-wrapped with zipper access and Velcro stabilizers to prevent sliding.

The confirmed lead time is 8-10 weeks. Each sofa is bench-made by one or two craftsmen from start to finish, so you're ordering real workshop time, not pulling inventory. The frame carries a lifetime warranty on structure and springs, five years on cushion cores, and one year on leather surfaces and stitching.
