Marine grade polymer.
Built in the USA from Marine Grade Polymer and powder-coated aluminum, the Belle Isle hidden motion chat chair delivers rocking and swivel movement without visible hardware cluttering the frame. The sling seat dries fast after rain and stands up to pool splash and coastal air without fading or tearing. The Belle Isle MGP Sling Hidden Motion Chat Chair is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping.
The motion mechanism is concealed inside the frame, so you get smooth rocking and 360-degree swivel without exposed springs or bulky rocker bases. The 100% powder-coated aluminum frame is wrapped in Marine Grade Polymer, a non-porous composite that won't rust, rot, crack, or absorb water -- it holds up in coastal spray and poolside settings where metal would corrode and wood would warp. Premium sling fabric stretches across the seat and back, offering breathable comfort that dries quickly and resists mildew. High-quality stainless steel hardware won't corrode, and the multi-layer powder-coat finish resists chipping through years of outdoor exposure. Telescope Casual has made outdoor furniture in the USA for over a century, and this piece reflects that commitment to durability and real-world performance.
You can choose from a range of frame finishes and a range of sling fabric colours to match your patio palette or coordinate with existing outdoor lounge chairs. Build your perfect conversation set by pairing the finish and fabric that suit your space, whether you lean coastal, modern, or classic.
This chair is made to order in 6-8 weeks, crafted in the USA and shipped fully assembled so you can place it around your fire table the day it arrives. The frame and suspension system carry a 15-year residential warranty, covering structural integrity and finish performance. Free shipping is included to the continental USA on every order.
Place it around a fire table or side table in covered patio conversation areas where guests linger and talk -- the upright posture encourages face-to-face conversation while the hidden motion keeps you comfortable for hours. Pair it with outdoor rocking chairs and outdoor dining chairs to create layered seating zones on a deck or poolside terrace. It's commercial-grade, so it works just as well in hospitality settings as it does in residential backyards. The 24-inch seat width keeps the footprint compact, letting you cluster multiple chairs without crowding.
Great for a small balcony setup
Ships fully assembled and the concealed mechanism means you don't see bolts or levers, which keeps a tight balcony from feeling cluttered. The quick-drying sling fabric is handy for morning dew, and the overall scale works well in smaller outdoor rooms. It's an easy way to add comfy seating without tools.
Coastal look but a bit heavy to move
The Light Blue Sling Fabric and Marine Grade Polymer Frame give a coastal vibe that suits a covered porch. On the downside, the chair feels a little heavy to move around when rearranging a patio, so plan spots ahead of time. Otherwise the concealed rocking action is a nice plus.
Hidden motion works well in living room
Concealed Motion Technology lets the chair rock and swivel without any visible hardware, so it sits nicely around a living-room fire table. The Light Blue Sling Fabric feels breathable and dries fast if it gets a little splash. It doesn't look out of place in a casual conversation cluster.
Poolside option that resists mildew
The Marine Grade Polymer Frame won't absorb water or rot, which makes it a sensible pick for pool areas. The sling material resists mildew and fading, so the light blue stays pleasant even with sun exposure. It's a low-fuss chair for deck seating.
Good fit for conversation clusters
The 24-inch seat width is comfortable for grouping several chairs around a fire table or outdoor hospitality spot. No Assembly Required is a nice touch since they arrive ready to use, and the concealed motion keeps the look clean. Overall it reads like it was designed for chatting areas.
