The Chesapeake Custom Chill is bench-made in the USA from kiln-dried hardwood and upholstered in genuine coastal tan leather, with 23-inch deep seats built for real lounging. The Chesapeake Custom Chill Coastal Leather Sofa is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. At 90 inches wide it anchors open floor plans without blocking sightlines, and the coil-on-coil construction underneath means comfort that lasts years instead of months.
With a solid hardwood frame that is double-dowelled, glued, and screwed at every joint, then fitted with a true 8-way hand-tied coil spring system that stabilizes the entire spring set so it works in unison. Each seat cushion holds individually pocketed coil springs surrounded by foam and wrapped in down, creating coil-on-coil comfort that holds its shape through daily use. The frame is kiln-dried to eliminate moisture that warps and weakens lesser furniture.
This sofa is made to order in the coastal tan leather shown, with the comfort system and frame construction detailed above. You order it as configured, then our craftspeople build it for you over 8-10 weeks.
