How Is This Set Actually Built?
Every piece starts with a welded aluminum frame for corrosion resistance and minimal upkeep, even after years outdoors. Lloyd Loom woven vinyl wicker is handwoven over the frames -- it won't crack, peel, or absorb moisture the way natural wicker can. FSC-certified teak accents age gracefully and add warmth to the design, while seat cushions use a foam core wrapped in polyester for structure and plush comfort, and back cushions are filled with 100% blown polyfill. What Can You Choose on This Piece?
This sectional is made to order, so you pick the details before it's built:- 20 rust-resistant wicker finishes, including antique gray
- Your choice of fade-, mildew-, and water-resistant outdoor fabric in multiple colors
- Each piece ships fully assembled -- no assembly required
How Long Does It Take to Build?
Your sectional will be ready in 6-8 weeks, crafted to order in the USA. Lloyd Flanders warrants its frames and finishes for three years and its fabric and cushions for one year, for residential use only.Where Does This Sectional Work Best?
Arrange the loveseat and chaise at right angles to form an L, add the armless chair to extend the run, and center the ottoman for shared footrest access -- you'll have room for four to five adults. Pair it with pieces from our outdoor lounge chairs collection to expand seating, or browse the full custom outdoor range for dining tables and side pieces. It works well on covered patios, poolside decks, or alongside an outdoor chaise lounge for solo lounging.Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I change which side the chaise is on?
- Yes -- the set is modular, so you can position the right arm chaise on either end of the arrangement to suit your layout.
- Does it come in separate pieces?
- Yes, this is a four-piece set: one right arm chaise, one left arm loveseat, one armless chair, and one ottoman, each shipped fully assembled.
- Is the wicker handwoven?
- Yes, Lloyd Loom wicker is handwoven over welded aluminum frames in the USA for superior quality control and durability.
- Can it be used outdoors year round?
- Yes -- the vinyl wicker resists UV damage and moisture, the aluminum frame won't corrode, and the FSC teak accents weather beautifully over time.
- How long does it take to build?
- 6-8 weeks from order to delivery, since each set is custom-made in the USA to your finish and fabric specifications.
- What is deep seating outdoor furniture?
- Deep seating has extra seat depth (24--36 inches) and thick cushions for lounge-level comfort, rather than the upright posture of dining chairs. This set offers 18-inch cushioned seat height for that plush, sink-in feel.
