This balcony-height swivel chair is built in the USA by Telescope Casual with marine-grade polymer that can't rust, rot, or absorb water -- made for elevated bar tables on restaurant patios, hotel pool decks, and backyard outdoor kitchens. The Leeward MGP Sling Balcony Height Swivel Arm Chair is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. Its 26-inch seat pairs with bar-height tables while the hidden swivel mechanism turns smoothly without scraping the deck.
How Is This Chair Actually Built?
The frame is marine-grade polymer, a non-porous composite that won't crack, fade, or need refinishing even in salt air and direct sun. Sealed bearings in the swivel base resist dirt and moisture without needing lubrication, and the stainless steel hardware won't corrode. The sling seat is stretched taut over the frame so water drains immediately and there's no cushion to store or replace -- just hose it clean and you're done.
What Can You Choose on This Piece?
This model is offered in a sage green sling fabric and marine-grade polymer frame. Because Telescope makes outdoor furniture to order, you're getting a chair built specifically for your project rather than pulled from warehouse stock. Ask us about other frame finishes and sling colors available on this frame -- we'll walk you through what works for your setup.
How Long Does It Take to Build?
Your chair will be ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. Telescope builds to order in the USA, so you're not getting last season's inventory -- you're getting a freshly made piece with current hardware and fabric. The frame carries coverage that depends on the catalog marker for this model, so ask us for the warranty term before specifying it for commercial use. Powder-coat finish is covered for 3 years, sling fabric and cushions for 1 year. Steel and stainless components aren't covered, and freeze or ice damage voids the warranty.
Where Does a Swivel Balcony Chair Work Best?
Balcony height puts the seat at 26 inches -- the right ergonomic match for bar-height tables and elevated outdoor counters. Use it around a poolside bar, on a hotel terrace, or at your own backyard kitchen island. The swivel lets guests turn toward conversation without dragging the chair, which keeps noise down and protects composite decking. Pair it with other pieces from our
outdoor dining chair collection for flexible entertaining setups, or mix it into
outdoor lounge chair groups where you want one swivel seat among stationary pieces.
