Built in the USA with a Marine Grade Polymer frame that'll never rust or crack, the Telescope Leeward MGP Sling Arm Chair dries in minutes and stacks when you need the deck space back. The Telescope Leeward MGP Sling Arm Chair -- a stackable outdoor accent chair with breathable sling construction -- is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. You're ordering a piece that's made for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf.
How Is This Chair Actually Built?
It's stationary, with a Marine Grade Polymer frame that doesn't absorb fresh or salt water the way aluminum corrodes or wood swells. The sling seat is taut premium fabric stretched between the frame rails -- air moves through it, water drains instantly, and there's no cushion to store or worry about mildewing. High-quality stainless steel hardware holds it together, and the whole thing is built in the USA and arrives fully assembled.
What Can You Choose on This Chair?
You've got options to dial in the look you're after:
- 20+ Marine Grade Polymer frame finishes
- Dozens of sling fabric colors and patterns
How Long Does It Take to Build?
Your chair is made to order in 6-8 weeks. Telescope frame coverage is set by the item's catalog marker -- ask us for the term on this model before specifying it for contract use. Component warranties you can count on: powder-coat finish is covered for 3 years, slings and cushions for 1 year. Steel and stainless aren't covered, freeze and ice damage are excluded, and the warranty is void without routine maintenance.
Where Does a Sling Chair Fit on Your Deck or Patio?
Set a few around a poolside table where cushioned seating would trap moisture and chemicals, or line them up on a coastal deck where salt air eats through standard aluminum. They stack when you need the space back, so they're equally at home on a hotel terrace that reconfigures nightly or a backyard where you clear the deck for the off-season. Pair them with pieces from our
outdoor lounge chairs collection for a full resort-style setup, or use them as
outdoor dining chairs that won't rust out in two seasons. If you're building out a full space, browse our guide on
transforming your outdoors into a cozy haven.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Can I choose the frame color and fabric?
- Yes -- you select from a range of frame finishes and dozens of sling fabrics when you order.
- Is this chair approved for commercial use?
- It's built to contract-grade standards for hotels, resorts, and restaurants with reinforced sling attachment points and commercial-grade materials.
- How do I clean the sling fabric?
- Wash it with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and let it air-dry. The fabric is designed for fresh or salt water exposure and won't trap mildew.
- Will the frame rust in a coastal environment?
- No -- Marine Grade Polymer doesn't rust, corrode, or absorb moisture the way aluminum or steel does, so it's built for beachfront decks and poolside patios.

- Standard returns apply within 30 days of delivery for any frame finish or sling fabric shown as an option on the product page, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Visit our returns page for full terms.
