Built in the USA with commercial-grade powder-coated aluminum frames and a Marine Grade Polymer table top, this five-piece set delivers weather resistance and lumbar support you'll feel through long dinners. The Leeward Sling Round Outdoor Dining Set 5PC is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. Each piece is made to order, so you choose the frame finish and sling fabric that match your deck or patio.
How Is This Set Actually Built?
Powder-coated aluminum frames resist rust and corrosion without the weight of wrought iron, while reinforced joints handle daily hospitality use without wobbling. The 42-inch round table top is molded from Marine Grade Polymer -- solid-color material throughout that won't chip, crack, or absorb water the way painted surfaces do. Every fastener and joint is 100% stainless steel, engineered for coastal and high-humidity climates where standard hardware corrodes.
What Can You Choose on This Set?
Because this set is made to order, you configure it to suit your project:
- 20+ powder-coated frame finishes
- a range of sling fabric colors, including Sunbrella
- Consistent finish across all five pieces
The sling fabric is replaceable, so you can refresh the look years later without replacing the frames.
How Long Does It Take to Build?
Your set is built in 6-8 weeks. That timeline reflects the made-to-order customization -- each frame is finished and each sling is cut to your specifications. Free shipping to the continental USA is included, and the set arrives ready for assembly (estimated 2-3 hours).
Where Does a 42-Inch Round Set Work Best?
This set fits comfortably on medium to large patios, poolside terraces, and covered decks where you need seating for four without crowding the space. The high-back chairs -- at 44.25 inches tall -- offer lumbar support for extended meals, and the round shape encourages conversation better than rectangular tables. Pair it with pieces from our

Frequently Asked Questions
- How many people does this set seat?
- The 42-inch round table seats four adults comfortably, with room for serving dishes and centerpieces.
- What is Marine Grade Polymer and why does it matter?
- MGP is an engineered material with solid color throughout that resists water absorption, UV fading, impact, and mildew without the seasonal sealing wood or composite materials demand.
- Can I replace the sling fabric if it wears out?
- Yes, the sling fabric is designed to be replaceable, so you can update the chairs without replacing the aluminum frames.
- Is powder-coated aluminum better than wrought iron?
- Powder-coated aluminum is rust-proof, lightweight, and requires no repainting, while wrought iron is heavier and prone to corrosion in humid or coastal climates.
- Can I return a made-to-order dining set?
- Returnability follows the option you ordered, not how the piece was built: a size, finish or fabric shown as an option on this page can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 20% restocking fee, while a specially requested size or a piece made in your own material is custom and is not returnable except on damage.
- Does this set ship assembled?
- No -- assembly is required and typically takes 2-3 hours. All hardware is included, and free shipping covers delivery to your curbside in the continental USA.
