This four-cushion replacement set is engineered with 100% Sunbrella acrylic fabric, a foam core for shape retention, and plush polyester fill to restore deep-seating comfort to your outdoor lounge chair. The Catalina Lounge Chair Replacement Cushion Set available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping brings UV-resistant, moisture-shedding performance to weathered frames. Made to order in the USA, the set fits Catalina lounge frames measuring 28 x 43 x 36.75 inches and ships complete with two side cushions, one seat cushion, and one back cushion.

How Are These Cushions Built?

Each cushion is constructed with a foam core that holds its shape season after season, wrapped in a layer of soft polyester filling for surface comfort during long lounging sessions. The 100% Sunbrella acrylic fabric is solution-dyed, meaning the color runs through the entire fiber rather than sitting on the surface -- that's why the material resists fading even under direct sun. The moisture-resistant construction sheds rain instead of absorbing it, so the fill won't develop mildew or retain water that causes standard cushions to break down.

What Do You Get in This Set?

• Two Side Cushions: precision-fitted to the armrests of the Catalina lounge chair
• One Seat Cushion: deep-seating base cushion with full foam support
• One Back Cushion: shaped for reclining comfort with the same dual-layer fill
• Sunbrella Acrylic Fabric: UV protection and water resistance across all four pieces

How Long Does It Take to Build?

This replacement set is made to order and ships in 6-8 weeks. Because each set is built when you order it, you're getting fresh materials and current production rather than cushions that have sat in a warehouse. Once it arrives, you'll have four cushions ready to drop onto your frame -- no assembly, no guesswork on fit.

Where Does This Set Work Best?

The Catalina cushion set suits deep-seating lounge chairs on covered patios, poolside decks, or screened porches where you want all-season comfort without dragging cushions inside after every rain. Pair it with other pieces from our outdoor lounge chairs collection to build a cohesive seating area, or use it to refresh a single chair on a balcony. Frequently Asked Questions

Are Sunbrella cushions worth the cost?

Sunbrella acrylic outlasts standard outdoor fabrics by years thanks to superior fade resistance, UV protection, and moisture management -- you'll replace these cushions far less often than cheaper alternatives.

Can these cushions get rained on?

The Sunbrella fabric sheds water effectively and won't soak through to the fill, though storing cushions during heavy storms or winter months extends their lifespan even further.

How do you clean Sunbrella replacement cushions?

Spot clean with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry -- the fabric's stain-resistant properties make most spills wipe away before they set.

Are these cushions UV resistant?

Yes, the 100% Sunbrella acrylic is solution-dyed and engineered for UV resistance, so the color won't fade even under direct sun exposure.

Can I return a made-to-order cushion set?

Because this set is built to your order, return policies differ from in-stock items -- call or email before ordering if you have questions about fit or fabric choice.

Does this set fit other lounge chair models?

This set is precision-fitted to the Catalina lounge chair frame at 28 x 43 x 36.75 inches -- it won't fit other models without measuring carefully against your existing frame.
