When your patio cushions have faded or lost their shape after months in the weather, you need a replacement set that won't quit after one season. This five-piece replacement cushion set -- one side cushion, two seat cushions, and two back cushions -- is built for the Catalina deep seat sofa frame and available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. The moisture-wicking foam core and Sunbrella acrylic fabric hold up to sun, rain, and poolside humidity without fading or rotting.

How Are These Cushions Actually Built?

Each cushion is wrapped in 100% Sunbrella acrylic, the fabric that resists UV damage and mildew even after years of continuous sun exposure. Inside you'll find a moisture-resistant foam core that wicks water and dries quickly, wrapped in plush polyester filling that won't clump or sag. The five-piece set is tailored to the 28 x 70.5 x 36.75-inch Catalina sofa frame, so everything fits without bunching or slipping. All Lloyd Flanders cushions are made to order in the USA.

Can You Choose the Fabric?

This set is built with 100% Sunbrella acrylic in the pattern and color options available for the Catalina collection. You're ordering a replacement set that matches the original frame dimensions, so the sizing is fixed to fit the deep seat sofa perfectly. Each piece is crafted to order -- no stock cushions sitting in a warehouse losing their shape before they ever reach you.

How Long Does It Take to Build?

Your replacement cushions will be ready to ship in 6-8 weeks. Because they're made to order, each set is cut, filled, and upholstered only after you place your order, so you're receiving fresh cushions built for your frame. Free curbside delivery is included on all orders to the continental USA, and Lloyd Flanders backs every piece with their quality guarantee.

How Do You Style Replacement Patio Cushions?

Layer these Sunbrella cushions with throw pillows and outdoor rugs from our replacement cushions for outdoor furniture collection to add texture without sacrificing weather resistance. Pair the refreshed sofa with side tables and outdoor barstools to create a complete entertaining zone, or coordinate with other pieces in our custom outdoor range for a cohesive lounge setup that weathers every season.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are Sunbrella cushions worth the investment?

Yes -- Sunbrella acrylic resists fading, mildew, and UV damage far longer than standard polyester or cotton blends, so you'll replace these cushions less often and they'll look better between replacements.

Can outdoor cushions get rained on?

The moisture-resistant foam core wicks water and dries quickly, though storing cushions under cover during heavy rain extends their lifespan and keeps them cleaner between wipes.

How do you clean outdoor replacement cushions?

Spot clean the Sunbrella fabric with mild dish soap and warm water, rinse thoroughly, and air dry before placing them back on the frame.

Do outdoor cushions fade in the sun?

Sunbrella acrylic is fade-resistant and maintains color integrity under continuous sun exposure, far outperforming standard outdoor fabrics that bleach within a season or two.

How long does it take to build replacement cushions?

These Lloyd Flanders cushions are made to order in 6-8 weeks, so you're receiving a fresh set built specifically for your Catalina sofa frame rather than stock inventory that's been sitting for months.

Will these cushions fit through my door?

The full sofa frame measures 70.5 inches wide, but each replacement cushion ships separately and the largest single piece is far narrower, so standard doorways won't be a problem.
