How Is This Armchair Actually Built?
It's handcrafted in Michigan on a welded all-aluminum frame that resists corrosion season after season, coated with Durium Modified Polyester Enamel for lasting protection. The woven vinyl wicker is applied by hand using the original Lloyd Loom technique -- it will not expand, contract, weaken, or rot the way natural fibers do, and it's the only wicker furniture manufactured entirely in the United States. Premium Cloud Cushioning wraps a foam core in blown polyfill and encases it in moisture-resistant fabric, so the seat stays plush and supportive meal after meal. What Can You Choose on This Piece?
Every chair is built to order, so you decide the details. Choose from a range of colors and patterns for the cushion fabric, all engineered to resist fading, mildew, and water. Custom finish colors are available beyond the standard soft greige -- you're ordering the chair exactly as you want it rather than settling for what's in stock. The cushion fill is foam core with polyester wrap, hypoallergenic and antimicrobial for clean outdoor seating. How Long Does It Take to Build?
This armchair is made to order and ships in 6-8 weeks from the Michigan workshop. Because each piece is handwoven and built specifically for you, there's no warehouse inventory -- you're getting a chair crafted to your fabric and finish choices. Free standard curbside delivery to the continental USA is included, and the rust-proof aluminum frame is built to last outdoors year-round with minimal maintenance.Where Does It Work Best on Your Patio?
The 34.75-inch width fits comfortably under pergolas, on lanais, and in sun rooms where you need seating that can handle moisture and UV exposure without fading or weakening. Pair it with pieces from our outdoor dining sets for a cohesive entertaining area, or mix it with chairs from the outdoor dining chair collection for varied seating around an outdoor dining table. The soft greige finish and clean lines suit both residential front lawns and commercial hospitality spaces.Frequently Asked Questions

Can I leave my furniture outside?
Yes! Our products are designed and crafted to endure the outdoor environment. We recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure that your furniture can be enjoyed for generations.
Can I repaint my furniture?
Lloyd Loom® wicker furniture can be repainted if needed, and touch-up paint is available for purchase. We do not recommend painting Woven Vinyl furniture.
How do I clean my cushions?
Our cushions and pillows are made to stand up to the elements, so you don’t need to remove the covers for cleaning. Cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution-dyed acrylic fabrics may be cleaned with one cup of chlorine bleach diluted in one gallon of water with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use bleach on printed fabrics. Test the cleaning solution in a small inconspicuous area first. Saturate a cloth or soft brush with the solution. Scrub the entire cushion and rinse well with clean water and let air dry. Printed fabrics may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Test in a small inconspicuous area first. Saturate a cloth or soft brush with the solution. Begin scrubbing the cushions, one small area at a time. Rinse well with water, let cushions air dry. Printed polyester fabric may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Do not use bleach on printed polyester fabrics. Rinse and air dry. Do not put cushion covers in dryer or send out to dry cleaners. This will void the warranty.
How do I remove mildew from cushions?
For cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution dyed acrylic fabrics, mix one gallon of distilled water, one cup of chlorine bleach and a squirt of dish detergent (check detergent label first to make sure it does not contain ammonia). Do not use bleach on printed fabrics.
Can my furniture be pressure washed?
Pressure washing is not recommended for any of our furniture. Lloyd Loom and Woven Vinyl furniture should be gently cleaned with a soft brush or sponge.
