Hand-applied Castelle finish.
An outdoor club chair built for deep-seat comfort without weather-resistance compromises, this piece combines marine-grade cast aluminum with genuine Sunbrella cushions for poolside seating that feels like indoor furniture. The Castelle Nicoya Sunbrella Cushions Lounge Chair is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. Tapered legs and curved armrests keep the profile refined even as the generous seat depth invites full-body relaxation.
It's crafted from marine-grade cast aluminum that never rusts, rots, or deteriorates -- a frame that holds up in coastal salt-air environments as easily as covered patios. The tapered leg profile creates visual lightness while maintaining structural strength, avoiding the chunky look typical cast aluminum furniture carries, and the gently curved armrests provide natural arm positioning that makes entering and exiting more comfortable.
You configure it your way through the options this manufacturer makes available:
This piece is built to order in 6-8 weeks. Because the frame is cast and the cushions are sewn for each order, that lead time accounts for your fabric and finish choices being applied before the chair ships. Castelle warrants its aluminium frames for 15 years in residential use and 5 years in commercial use, with a 5-year frame finish warranty. Pair it with more outdoor lounge chairs to build a full conversation grouping, or position it near an outdoor chaise lounge for a layered resort feel. The brushed aluminum finishes coordinate with both modern and traditional outdoor dining chairs when you want cohesive furniture across the patio.
Stable frame for seaside decks
Marine-grade cast aluminum that never rusts or rots makes this chair a smart pick for a seaside deck. Sunbrella fabric cushions and the tapered leg profile mean the chair will resist fading and still look light, even in salty air.
Poolside seating that resists fading
Sunbrella fabric cushions resisting fading and water damage is exactly what I want for poolside furniture. The cast aluminum frame should handle splashes since it never rusts or rots, and the tapered leg profile gives it a lighter look by the water.
Comfortable lounge for long naps
The deep seat comfort design sounds like it would be great for long naps and lounging in the living room. The curved armrest geometry also seems to make getting up and down easier, and the cast aluminum frame feels like itll stay sturdy over time.
Ideal for a reading nook
The deep seat comfort design seems perfect for long reading sessions and naps, with room to stretch out and still have back support. The curved armrest geometry looks like it would make getting in and out easier.
Solid chair but a bit heavy Nicoya Sunbrella Cushions Lounge Chair 2
The marine-grade cast aluminum construction sounds very durable against salt air, and the Sunbrella cushions are a sensible choice for outdoor use. One small caveat is the weight it may be a bit heavy to move, and assembly might take a little extra time, so I'm rating it four stars.
