This set is handwoven in Michigan from rust-proof aluminum and all-weather wicker that won't crack or fade, with 33-inch-deep seats built for outdoor comfort you'd expect indoors. The Lloyd Flanders Weekend Retreat 4-piece wicker sofa lounge set is available at Uptown Sebastian with free shipping. You'll configure it yourself -- choose from twenty wicker finishes and dozens of waterproof fabrics, then it's built to order and delivered to your door.
How Is This Set Actually Built?
Every frame is welded aluminum that won't rust, even in coastal weather, then wrapped by hand with vinyl Lloyd Loom wicker -- the original all-weather wicker developed in 1906 and still made in Menominee, Michigan. The wicker won't absorb moisture, so it won't swell, contract, or rot the way natural rattan does. Seat cushions are built with high-resilience foam cores wrapped in polyester fill, then encased in waterproof fabric that sheds rain and resists mildew.
What Can You Choose on This Set?
You start by picking your wicker finish from twenty rust-resistant colors, then select your cushion fabric from an extensive range of Sunbrella outdoor textiles -- all fade-resistant, mildew-resistant, and water-repellent. Every piece shares the same materials and proportions, so your choices carry through the whole set for coordinated design.
How Long Does It Take to Build?
This set is made to order in 6-8 weeks. Once the wicker is woven and the cushions are sewn, it ships fully assembled -- you'll only attach the glass top to the coffee table frame when it arrives. Aluminum frames carry minimal maintenance and retain their finish through years of outdoor use.
How Should You Arrange a Patio Lounge Set?
Position the sofa facing your primary view or gathering area, then angle the lounge chairs to create an intimate conversation zone with the coffee table within reach of all five seats. You can expand the layout with pieces from our

Frequently Asked Questions
- Is the wicker handwoven?
- Yes, every piece is handwoven in the USA using the original Lloyd Loom process -- vinyl wicker that won't crack, fade, or unravel like natural wicker.
- Can it be used outdoors year-round?
- Absolutely -- the aluminum frames won't rust, the wicker won't rot, and the waterproof cushions repel rain and prevent mold growth, so the set handles weather exposure without deteriorating.
- How firm are the cushions?
- The cushions use high-resilience foam wrapped in plush polyester fill, delivering indoor-furniture comfort with enough structure to support you in deep 33-inch seats.
- Will it fit through my door?
- The sofa is 75 inches wide and ships fully assembled, so measure your doorways and delivery path -- the lounge chairs at 32 inches wide will fit more easily.
- How do I care for the wicker and cushions?
- Wipe the wicker with warm water and mild detergent, and the cushion covers are machine-washable for easy seasonal cleaning.
- Can I return a custom piece?
- Because the set is built to your fabric and finish choices, custom orders carry different return terms -- call us at 833-566-6526 before ordering if you have questions about your selections.
